Common areas are open from 7:00 am to 10:00pm where swimming pool is open 8:00 am to 8:00pm
Entrance fees is 50 baht per day or 500 baht for monthly subscription per person
Parking fees is 500 baht per month for one car. motorcycle and bicycles are free.
